Russia’s Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant IFRS net profit jumps 59% in 2015
MOSCOW, Apr 29 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russia’s Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant jumped 59% on the year to 3.750 billion rubles in 2015, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement Friday.
Revenue soared 45% on the year to 24.013 billion rubles in 2015.
Gross profit rose 26% to 5.945 billion rubles, and pretax profit surged 65% to 4.886 billion rubles.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) went up 25% to 4.789 billion rubles, but EBITDA margin stood at 20% in 2015 against 23% in 2014.
